Year-round futsal leagues for:

  • Junior Futsal League (ages 5-9). Authentic futsal is the biggest developmental tool for soccer players and a huge joy for all players. The FORGE offers 3 winter junior league sessions, as well as spring, summer and fall sessions. Click here for details.
  • Competitive Youth Futsal League (Ages 10-19, Hosted by Madison Futsal). A center of excellence program, Madison Futsal has been hosting the most authentic league in Madison for over 18 years. The focus is on top competition, joy, development and a center of excellence experience with the highest national standards. Click here for details.

Adult Futsal League (Co-ed, Men Open, Men Over 30, Men Over 40). The FORGE hosts year around futsal leagues for all levels above and continuing to grow in other ages. We offer both, competitive as well as recreational adult futsal leagues. The vision is to offer a top national like experience in a top social environment, supported by a pizza place, pub, coffee shop and more.

Programs

Youth Development (Ages 4 to 8):
Introduction to futsal fundamentals through age-appropriate training that builds coordination, confidence, and a love for the game.

Academy (Ages 6 to 19):
The Forge Academy is an evidence-based development program with direct involvement from our technical director and international coaching staff. The academy includes weekly training sessions, internal tournaments, video analysis in our dedicated classroom, sport psychology, strength and recovery work in our fitness space, and competition at the regional and national level.

Adult Leagues (Year-Round):
Competitive and recreational adult futsal leagues running multiple seasons per year. Organized brackets, professional referees, and consistent scheduling. Game footage available for competitive teams who want to review, share, or keep.

Competitive Leagues and Tournaments:
Structured league play for club and community teams across Dane County and Wisconsin. Full schedule management, SafeSport-certified officials, and a center-of-excellence standard on international-sized courts.
